Discover the art of printing with sunlight in this all-ages Cyanotype Workshop in downtown Toronto! Perfect for artists, families, creatives, and curious beginners, this hands-on session explores the historic photographic process of cyanotype — a beautiful blue-toned printing technique that uses UV light to develop images.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create stunning one-of-a-kind sun prints using light-sensitive paper

  • Arrange natural objects, plants, textiles, or found items to form bold silhouettes

  • Learn the basics of alternative photography and cyanotype chemistry

  • Watch your artwork transform in real-time under sunlight

  • Take home your original prints

No experience necessary — just bring your curiosity and a sense of play!

All materials are provided. Participants are welcome to bring personal items (lace, pressed leaves, small trinkets) to experiment with.
